We offer the largest selection of products always at the right price! If you find an item with the identical make and model for a lower price, we will match it. Or if an item you purchase from us goes on sale, within 14 days from date of purchase, we will issue a merchandise certificate for the difference. Simply mail or bring us the dated advertisement and your receipt.
Return Policy
We believe in offering the Very Best ...Value, Quality and Selection. All sales are final, return is accepted on a replacement basis only.Returned item's must be unused, undamaged, in it’s original box, and cannot be altered what so ever. We will carefully inspect returned items before issuance of exchange. If goods should be defective upon receipt, customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt for exchange of new one, item must be returned in its original and unused condition, goods must be in its original box (if applied) and packing. Otherwise, replacement will not be consider.All custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCHANGED, OR RETURNED. Please include a copy of the receipt or invoice along with the unused product and original packaging. No exception absolutely. We are not responsible for any physical damage or damage is/are result of buyer misuse. Buyer is responsible to pay return shipping.
Return or Exchange Policy
Make a note in the invoice with legible writing, next to the item you are returning, indicating on the form the quantity and reason for each return item. Also indicate exchange or additional order items.Box the item securely. The original invoice is required. Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new item (s) sent. All custom orders and special sale products are NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCHANGED, OR RETURNED.
Other Return Information
You may change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, production of your custom order begins, so we cannot make changes. Changes or cancellations cannot be made on "rush" orders because production starts immediately. All custom orders and special sale products are NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCHANGED, OR RETURNED. If we made an error on your order we will fix the order immediately at no charge to you. If you made an error in your order, unfortunately we cannot issue a return or refund because we are unable to recover our cost on special order items. We do our best to minimize the chance for errors by helping you collect the necessary information to process your order. All the ordars plased after 12 hours befor starting manefacturing if canseled 35% canselation fee will charge in top of total amout paid.
Problems With Your Order
If An Item Is Missing You may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. You will not incur additional shipping charges for the split shipment. The invoice enclosed with your order indicates which items shipped. If you have additional questions please feel free to contact us. Orders shipped through Federal Express or UPS can be tracked. To access tracking information about your order go to Order Tracking. For orders shipped through United States Postal Service or through Freight, please allow up to ten business days for your order to arrive. Your satisfaction is our number one priority and if receive product damage or broken please report us in 3 working days, you can e-mail us or call 818 255 5950.
