Return Policy

1. We believe in offering the Very Best ...Value, Quality and Selection. All sales are final, return is accepted on a replacement basis only. Returned item's must be unused, undamaged, in it’s original box, and cannot be altered what so ever. We will carefully inspect returned items before issuance of exchange. If goods should be defective upon receipt, customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt for exchange of new one, item must be returned in its original and unused condition, goods must be in its original box (if applied) and packing. Otherwise, replacement will not be consider. Please include a copy of the receipt or invoice along with the unused product and original packaging. NO EXCEPTION ABSOLUTELY. We are not responsible for any physical damage or damage is/are result of buyer misuse. Buyer is responsible to pay return shipping.

Replacement Policy

1. Make a note in the invoice with legible writing, next to the item you are returning, indicating on the form the quantity and reason for each return item. Also indicate exchange or additional order items.

2. Box the item securely. The original invoice is required. Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories.

4. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new item (s) sent.

Special & Custom Order Items

You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, production of your custom order begins,
so we cannot make changes. Changes or cancellations cannot be made on "rush" orders because production starts immediately.

Problems With Your Order

If An Item Is Missing You may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. You will not incur additional shipping charges for the split shipment. The invoice enclosed with your order indicates which items shipped. If you have additional questions please feel free to contact us.

Or if an item you purchase from us goes on sale, within 14 days from date of purchase, we will issue a merchandise certificate for the difference. Simply mail or bring us the dated advertisement and your receipt.

Delivery Outside the 48 Contiguous States

Email us anytime for delivery charge information to Alaska, Hawaii and international shipments. All applicable duties and taxes will be paid by the package recipient of international shipments.
